BERLIN, February 21. /ITAR-TASS/. German biathlete Evi Sachenbacher-Stehle has tested positive for doping at the Sochi Winter Olympics, reports DPA agency quoting unofficial sources.
According to DPA, the International Olympic Committee informed the German Olympic Sports Confederation that an A-sample of a doping test of one of the German athletes “showed an abnormal reading”.
The result of the B-sample doping test will be revealed later on Friday. The German biathlete was the first to fail the doping test at the Winter Olympics in Sochi.
